Return Policy

1. Used/New Computers, Printers, Tablets, CPU’s & Motherboards have a 15 day return policy & a 15% restocking fee on any open box items.

2. All other store products have a 30 day return policy

3. An Invoice must be provided along with original box, the manual (unmarked) & all other accessories in order to issue an exchange, return and/or refund. Labor and software is nonrefundable.

4. Refund for credit card purchases will be credited back to the original credit card. A store credit can be issues if the original credit card is not available during refund. Invoices paid with checks will be issued HyperTech Computers company check 7 working days after the payment date for refund.

Warranty

1. All parts have a 6 month limited warranty, or follow the item description. Parts with physical damage are not covered by warranty. No warranty if the manufacturer no longer exists.

2. New Laptops come with manufacturer warranty only.

3. All pre-owned laptops and desktops have a 90 day parts & limited labor warranty

4. Pre-owned laptop batteries have a 15 minute warranty.

5. HTC brand prebuilt or custom built machines come with a 1 year parts & labor limited warranty.

6. All hardware services come with a 6 month parts and labor limited warranty. No warranty is provided for any software issue, including but not limited to software installation, virus removal, data transfer/ recovery, etc.
